Spark Engagement's coaching packages are personalized to each leader's unique strengths, goals, and development needs. Coaching incorporates CliftonStrengths, emotional intelligence practices, and leadership development tools and resources from the SPARK Leadership Development Series™ - while remaining intentionally flexible and collaboratively guided based on each leader's experiences, priorities, and desired outcomes.

Whether a leader comes self-directed or is referred by their organization, coaching creates a dedicated space for growth, reflection, and the kind of development that is difficult to achieve in a group setting.

The SPARK Leadership Development Series™

Overview

The SPARK Leadership Development Series™ is a comprehensive, on-site leadership development experience designed to guide leadership teams through a sequential journey — developing the emotional intelligence and self-awareness that shape how leaders lead themselves, alongside the practical people leadership skills that determine how well they lead others.

Delivered over months with intentional space for practice and reflection between sessions, SPARK develops leadership teams of 8 to 25 leaders together — building a shared language, a stronger culture, and lasting change in how your organization's leaders show up every day.

How the SPARK Series™ Develops Leaders

The SPARK Leadership Development Series™ is a five-stage progression that allows for emotional intelligence and people leadership skills to be developed simultaneously - each stage building on the last. The series is delivered across 10 team sessions and draws on CliftonStrengths, Gallup's Q12, Dare to Lead, and Goleman and Six Seconds EQ frameworks - integrated into one coherent leadership journey.
